Solar and battery decisions should start with the customer, not the equipment.
Understand
Discuss your goals and review the energy, site and existing-system information that matters.
Recommend
Assess suitable options and prepare a proposal explaining pricing, expected benefits and assumptions.
Deliver
Accepted projects are handed to the appropriate qualified installation partner.
Support
I follow up after installation and help make sure questions or issues reach the right people.
About Mark Fitzpatrick
I work with Australian homeowners, businesses, property owners, sporting clubs and community organisations considering solar, battery storage and other renewable-energy solutions.
My approach is based on understanding the customer's situation before recommending a system. I have more than 30 years of experience working with Australian businesses, and I focus on making the technical and financial decision easier to understand.
I do not believe every customer needs the same solution
There are situations where I may recommend solar without a battery, battery storage, an expansion to an existing system, or no change for now. The recommendation should follow the evidence.
Who completes the installation?
I manage the customer discussion, assessment, proposal and ongoing relationship. Once a project is approved, the physical installation is completed by the appropriate qualified installation partner. I remain involved before, during and after that handover.
What you can expect
Clear explanations
Technical and financial information explained in plain language.
Realistic expectations
Savings are estimates based on assumptions. Those assumptions should be visible.
Options
Where useful, compare different approaches rather than forcing a single answer.
Continued involvement
I remain involved after acceptance and follow up after installation.
