Privacy Notice
How information submitted through this advisory website is intended to be handled.
Information that may be collected
Depending on what you choose to provide, information may include your name, contact details, property or business information, electricity bills, energy-use information, existing solar or battery details, photos, appointment preferences and information about what you want to achieve.
Why the information is collected
The information is intended to be used to understand your enquiry, communicate with you, assess solar or battery options, prepare or explain proposals, manage follow-up and, if you decide to proceed, coordinate relevant project and installation information.
Electricity bills and uploaded files
Electricity bills and site photos can contain personal, account, property or energy-use information. Only provide information that is relevant to your enquiry. The live system should be configured so uploaded files are stored in controlled business systems with access limited to people who need the information for the enquiry or project.
Installation partners and other service providers
If you decide to proceed, relevant project information may need to be provided to qualified installation partners or other service providers involved in delivering the approved project. The final privacy policy should identify the usual types of disclosures and any overseas handling that applies to the actual services used.
Automated assistance
Software may assist with organising submitted information, identifying missing information, creating internal summaries, generating tasks or preparing drafts. Final customer-specific recommendations, system sizing, pricing decisions and sensitive customer communication remain under adviser control.
Access, correction and questions
For questions about information you have provided, or to request access or correction where applicable, contact Mark Fitzpatrick at mark.fitzpatrick@classaenergy.com.au or 0434 151 237.
Retention and security
Before public launch, a retention period, deletion process, access-control process and incident-response process should be confirmed for customer bills, photos, CRM records and project files.
Updates
This notice should be reviewed whenever the website, CRM, AI/automation, installation-partner process or information-handling arrangements materially change.
