Who does what in your solar or battery project?
I want this to be easy to understand before you make any decision.
I help with the advice. A supplier or installer provides the system.
If you decide to move ahead, the quote or contract will show the company responsible for the project.
What is Energy With Mark?
Energy With Mark is where I give advice, explain solar and batteries, review energy information and help customers understand their options.
Do I install the system myself?
No. I do not carry out the electrical installation. Qualified installers complete that work.
Who supplies the system?
The supplier or installer named in your quote or contract is responsible for the system, price, equipment and project delivery.
Who is responsible for warranties?
The quote or contract should explain the equipment warranties and the workmanship warranty. These come from the manufacturer, supplier or installer named in your project documents.
How do I get paid?
You do not pay me a separate advice fee. If you buy a system through a supplier or installer I work with, that company pays me under our commercial arrangement.

Am I fully independent?
No. I work with solar and energy companies and may recommend companies I have a commercial relationship with. I make this clear so you know how the service works.
